Hopwire runs in India. This page says where, and names the processing that happens outside India or outside our control.

Where Hopwire runs

Hopwire's API, worker, database and file storage run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Mumbai, India (region ap-mumbai-1).

What is kept in India

Primary customer data and its backups are kept in India.

What happens elsewhere

Two kinds of processing cannot stay in India or on our servers.

• Cloudflare. Its network is global, so requests to hopwire.io, app.hopwire.io and api.hopwire.io may be handled at Cloudflare locations outside India.
• Meta. Meta processes WhatsApp messages on its own infrastructure, under Meta's terms and in locations Meta sets.
