Questions
Can a clinic's reminder fall back to another clinic's number?
No. Fallback uses only senders the clinic owns or has been granted.
Where is patient message data stored?
In Oracle Cloud Mumbai, India. Message bodies stay in the database for 30 days, then move to encrypted storage there and stay readable for your plan's retention period (365 days by default), after which the text is deleted. OTP codes are never stored.
Does Hopwire make me compliant with health data rules?
No. Hopwire gives you masking, audit trails and erasure. Your obligations remain yours.
